    How do I activate my account?
    For Students:

    The default username is your student id. The default password is first name initial, last name initial, DOB (MMDDYY). Example: if your name is Sandra Anderson and your birthdate is January 2, 2002 your password would be: sa010202

    Check with your classroom teacher or library media clerk; they can provide you with your login credentials.

    For Parents:

    You can request your login from your student's building Administrative Assistant. You only need one login for all of your students. You can also email [email protected] to have your account created.

    If you have activated your account, but are having difficulties logging on, building secretaries can reset your password, or your can email Rick Prather at [email protected]

    What information is available on InfiniteCampus?
    Attendance, Class Schedules and Grading information is available for all students. This includes in progress grades as well as final grades. You can email teachers on the portal. You can update information regarding your address and any other contact information.

    You can view any fees that are due for your student, and also pay online for these fees.

    You can see transportation information as well to see what bus your student rides.

    I started receiving phone calls from a computer system. What is it?
    The system you are receiving messages from is called ShoutPoint and it works with our student information system Infinite Campus. It is used to notify you of important school events such as:

    • Open Houses

    • Conferences

    • Emergencies

    • and Attendance Information.

    I want to change the type of calls I receive for the numbers the system calls. For example, I want any attendance information to go only to my cell phone. How can I do that?

    You can update information about your phone and address through the app or on the portal. You will need to click on "More" from the Menu. You have several options that are available that allow updates.  
    Currently the app only allows updates. If you need to change your Messenger Preferences, this will need to be done through a browser. Most of our notifications are sent through general notification. Please make sure that you have that checked. If there is an emergency, such as a power outage, please make sure you have both Priority and Emergency checked.
