Tyler Burke

Terrence JacksonTyler Burke

Class of 2008

Tyler Burke was born to play quarterback. Not only was he a fine athlete but he was also a poised and humble leader who kept his cool especially in crucial situations. Tyler took over as varsity quarterback in 2006 and led the team into the playoffs in both his junior and senior seasons including a District Championship his senior year. Making the playoffs for both his years as a starter has only been done by one other athlete at Comstock. The qualities  that made Tyler so special were the combination of his physical ability and his knack for making cool decisions even in the hottest moments. Tyler was respected by his teammates and his coaches as he carried those qualities into other sports as well.his life outside of sports. Tyler is truly deserving to be inducted into the Comstock Athletics Hall of Fame.
