THE CHARLES A. PRATT MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
CHARLES A. PRATT
1909 – 1989
The Comstock Public Schools Foundation Board created the Judge Charles A. Pratt Memorial Scholarship to honor Judge Pratt for his service to the foundation, as well as to the entire Comstock community. Judge Pratt was a member of the Comstock Foundation board for four years and was a long-time resident of the Comstock community. Judge Pratt was vitally involved in all aspects of the Comstock community including education, the Comstock Community Center, Comstock Parks and Recreation, and the Comstock Community Library.
Judge Charles Pratt’s life represents encouragement and a powerful example for all who aspire to better themselves through industry, integrity and education, and who work to overcome economic, social and racial barriers, thereby making lasting contributions to their community and their nation.
